Urbania is a company dedicated to residential construction in Mexico. They have a broad portfolio of properties and continuously launch new and attractive products to the market, understanding their target audience and their needs.
Challenge:
- Urbania needed a way to provide information about each property on social media (mainly Facebook) and generate informed leads through this channel.
Solution:
RONAH developed a chatbot on Facebook and Instagram featuring Urbania's properties, where users can interact to obtain information, view floor plans, renderings, videos, and express interest by requesting more information, which requires providing a phone number and email via Meta Messenger. This information is automatically uploaded to Urbania's CRM for processing by their sales team.
