Blume
Blume is a restaurant located in Jardines de la Hacienda, Querétaro, Mexico. It is known for its cuisine and sense of community, serving as a meeting point for locals who enjoy a variety of gastronomic offerings, from coffee and meals to desserts.
Challenges:
- Low budget.
- Lack of a website.
- Social media used only for sales generation.
- No digital menu.
- Lack of home delivery methods.
Solution:
RONAH created a simple landing page for Blume, providing the restaurant’s menu, promotions, location, and a contact form for questions and event bookings.
For social media, Blume’s image on Facebook and Instagram was refreshed, adding more design and intention to each post. To improve reach, a minimal budget was invested in each post targeting a defined local audience, which led to a significant increase in engagement. Communication shifted from only sales to 20% sales, with the main content focused on building a sense of community (tips, tricks, fun facts, recipes, history, etc.).
Due to a lack of staff, Messenger was automated with a chatbot, as well as responses to certain comments with keywords defined by RONAH. This improved audience engagement and overall results.
To solve home delivery, which is extremely important today, we helped Blume join UberEats and Rappi.
Results:
- Engagement: +300-500%
- ROI: >500%
Key Points:
- It is essential not to use social media solely for sales posts. While sales are important, social media should be a way to connect with your audience.
- Having a website is extremely important; it doesn’t have to be complicated, just something simple that communicates and answers frequently asked questions is enough.
- For restaurants, offering home delivery is essential. If you can offer it free to the user, even better.
- A restaurant should have a dedicated team to manage digital channels (reservations, emails, orders, comments, chats, reviews, etc.). Lack of this management negatively and directly affects sales and customer flow.
